Logan from 101 mobility came to my residence and measured my stairway for a chair lift. He was courteous and professional explaining the process guiding us through paperwork that goes along with applying for the lift. A suggestion for future visits could be investing in something to cover shoes. We have many dogs, hence not wanting people walking through the house with muddy shoes on.

Logan came to install a chair lift for my husband. During the initial consultation he went over several options and gave us a variety of things to consider. We were able to talk with him about all the pros and cons to determine what would be best for our family. After determining our needs he was able to quickly schedule the install of the lift. It was completed today. He was very professional and helpful. He made the process easy and now my husband has access to the upstairs of our home again. Logan is coming back to install a ramp which was second in need to the lift. We are looking forward to getting that installed as well. Just concluded a consult with Logan from 101 Mobility. It was such a pleasant experience as he gave me many options for a much needed ramp to our front entry as well as explaining options for other mobility possibilities within our home including lift chairs and scooters.
