Service Description. This Site describes Stair Lifts, Chair Lift, Porch Lift, Vertical Platform Lift, Wheelchair Ramp provided by 101 Mobility Anchorage. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by 101 Mobility Anchorage or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. 101 Mobility Anchorage reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. 101 Mobility Anchorage makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. 101 Mobility Anchorage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
